Michelle Norrington – Co-Founder & Strategic Director

Her dedication to fostering opportunities for youth has helped expand Building Strong Futures beyond local communities, impacting students nationwide. Michelle’s expertise ensures that every program is intentional, impactful, and aligned with the needs of young people striving for success.
